We want you to love your Shona Joy pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Return Type

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a store credit with an additional bonus incentive.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your garments with all original tags attached and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our team.
